Comparative results between the National Survey taken in Mexico in June 2018 by the IMO and the results of the Preliminary Electoral Results Program (PREP) of the INE from July 1st, 2018, day of the presidential election in Mexico.

On Wednesday, June 27, 2018, César Morones, President and General Director of IMO-MEXICO-ISSP, was interviewed by journalist Ramiro Escoto, conductor of the scientific analysis television program "El Ajedrez" (Chess), regarding the result of IMO's latest National Pre-Electoral Survey taken in Mexico between June 13-18, 2018 on the Presidential Election of Mexico to be celebrated on Sunday July 1st, 2018.

The above chart compares this result in the left column with the result of the PREP count of the INE, which concluded today, Tuesday, July 3, 2018, by computing 93% of the voting records at the national level. These results are found in the center column of this chart.

The column on the right shows the 19.9% distribution of undecided voters from the National Survey in Mexico of the IMO-MEXICO-ISSP.

This column is explained by observing that most of the undecided voters (13.9% from 19.9%), decided to vote for AMLO while the rest voted for the Independent Candidate "El Bronco".

In the case of the PRI, it was unable to convince any undecided voters to vote in its favor, because on a national level, 45% of the population express strong animosity towards the PRI, which has been a chronic factor for many years.

In the case of the PAN, it was also not able to obtain any votes from undecided voters because of the frontal war it has waged against the PRI during the second quarter of 2018.

In summary, the PRI and PAN split the anti-AMLO vote.

In the case of MORENA, IMO-MÉXICO-ISSP is in possession of old and recent information that was obtained through the IMO series of Pre-Electoral National Surveys in Mexico.

This information, which has not been published by the IMO for reasons of electoral policy strategy, clearly points out that MORENA has not only sustained the first place in the electoral preferences over the last 2 years, but the majority of respondents also considered it in first place as second mentioning of their intention to vote.

With this information and by using the tools of matrix algebra, the IMO, still in experimental phase, has the information for assigning the undecided votes for future elections, to be used in Mexico and by the International Scientific Community in matters of social sciences constituted by the International Social Survey Program, ISSP.

Based on these facts, the IMO has predicted for more than 9 months for MORENA to become the biggest recipient of the undecided votes.

Based on intelligence information, the IMO has publicly sustained that the PAN would be in second place and that the PRI was not going to reach 20% of the total votes in the 2018 Presidential Election of Mexico.

Finally, as evidenced during the interview of César Morones by journalist Ramiro Escoto, the IMO expected a voter turnout of 60%, compared to 62% of the voter turnout officially registered by the INE.
